Mascenic Regional won the last time they faced Portsmouth Christian Academy and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Vikings were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Eagles. Considering the Vikings have won 11 games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Mascenic Regional's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Portsmouth Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-5 record this season.

Coincidentally, Mascenic Regional and Portsmouth Christian Academy will both be playing Concord Christian the next time they take the field. The Eagles will head out to face the Kingsmen at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Vikings will head out to face them at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
