Jojo Krieg, a junior outside hitter for Lima Central Catholic High School in Lima, Ohio, has been named the MaxPreps/AVCA Ohio High School volleyball Player of the Week.
She earned the award while helping the Thunderbirds to a 27-2 record to date, and victories in their last seven matches in a row. Through eight games last week, Krieg had 35 kills for an average of 4.4 kills per game. She also added 22 digs (2.75 dpg) and two blocks in the matches as well.
Lima Central Catholic is coached by Dave Franklin.
