John F. Kennedy Catholic's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ava Darney led the charge by scoring 21 points. Another player making a difference was Didi Ryan, who scored 12 points along with six steals.
Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for John F. Kennedy Catholic, they pushed their record up to 9-2 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
