The Northside Christian Academy Crusaders can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 63-36 victory over Horse Creek Academy on the road. The victory was familiar territory for Northside Christian Academy who now have nine in a row.
Northside Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Sullie Crider, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 12 rebounds. Crider hasn't dropped below nine rebounds for five straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Cade McNeil, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds.
Northside Christian Academy has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Horse Creek Academy, they now have a losing record at 9-10.
Northside Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against the Generals at 8:00 p.m. on February 2nd. Thomas Sumter Academy is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'. As for Horse Creek Academy, they will head out on the road to challenge the Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Mead Hall Episcopal School is on a five-game streak of home losses, the Stallions a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change.
