The Crystal City Javelinas waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins but they left with four. They blew past Cotulla 56-22 on the road. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point Crystal City had established a 26 point advantage.
Crystal City got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lyndsie Bosquez out in front who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and seven steals. Another player making a difference was Bela Tapia, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Crystal City has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a massive bump to their 18-14 record this season. As for Cotulla, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-22.

Crystal City is on a four-game streak of home wins, Lytle a four-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. Cotulla does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
