Fort Wayne South Side (Fort Wayne, Ind.) wasted no time with 23 points in the first quarter, eventually ending with a 51-20 victory over Gary Wallace (Gary, Ind.) on Saturday.

Trae Masten touchdown run in the first quarter, the Archers led 44-0 at the half.
Fort Wayne South Side grew its lead to 45 points entering the fourth quarter. FWSS's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run by
Shaton Harris.
When the two teams played each other last season, the Fort Wayne school came away with a 74-6 victory.
The win was a nice bounce back for the Archers, who lost to Fort Wayne North Side last week, 21-7. The loss was the third in a row for the Hornets. The victory ended Fort Wayne South Side's three-game losing streak.
Fort Wayne South Side (3-6) goes up against New Haven in a playoff game matchup next week, while Gary Wallace (2-4) locks horns with Calumet also in a playoff game.
