Potts Camp had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Smithville Seminoles on Thursday, sneaking past 8-6. Alyssa Clifton made a splash no matter where she played. She struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up five earned (and one unearned) runs off seven hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances.
