Mexico had won two straight road games  and  Drew Demint did his part to make it three on Friday. The Bulldogs strolled past the Kirksville Tigers with  points to spare, taking the game  14-0 thanks in part to  Demint, who rushed for 76 yards and one  TD. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making nine total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending four passes.
 Mexico didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of  Kyler Benne and  Korbyn Dorsey.
Mexico's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Kirksville, they now  have a losing record of 3-4.
