Granby is a perfect 6-0 against Lake Taylor since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Comets will look to defend their home pitch against the Titans at 4:00 p.m. Granby is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season.

Granby will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal last Wednesday, then bounced right back against Norview on Wednesday. The Comets were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over the Pilots. The win continues a trend for Granby in their matchups with Norview: they've now won seven in a row.

Granby's offense was hitting Norview from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Dylan Belcher led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Meanwhile, Lake Taylor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to Deep Creek.

Lake Taylor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Granby, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2-3.

Granby took their win against Lake Taylor in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 11-0 score. Will the Comets repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
