Torrey Pines had won two straight games and Zach Lau did his part to make it three on Thursday. The Torrey Pines Falcons were the clear victor by a 3-0 margin over the Westview Wolverines for which the team can thank Lau, who had three aces and one block. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in assists (23).

The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-16, 25-23.

Torrey Pines' record is now 7-2. As for Westview, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Torrey Pines will be taking part in a tournament against Madison at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Westview, they will venture away from home to square off against Cathedral Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
