The Inderkum Tigers will face off against the Rio Americano Raiders at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Inderkum 4.1, Rio Americano 2.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Inderkum's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They skirted past Woodcreek 1-0.

Inderkum got a great performance from Harrison Manning as he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over 6.2 innings pitched. Manning also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because the Tigers are undefeated when he allows at most two earned runs, but 5-9 otherwise.
At the plate, Inderkum saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Travis Outing Jr., who went 1-for-4 with one double.
Meanwhile, Rio Americano waltzed into their contest on Friday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Everything went their way against the Bruins as they made off with a 13-0 victory. The Raiders' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Not much got past Pierce Tully, who gave up just two hits and racked up seven Ks to keep Ponderosa off the board. Tully has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Trey Howell-Chase, who went 3-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Parker Fowler was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.
Rio Americano was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .387. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.
Rio Americano's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-7. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Inderkum, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-9.
Inderkum couldn't quite get it done against Rio Americano when the teams last played back in April of 2023 as they fell 4-0. Will the Tigers have more luck at home instead of on the road? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
