On Tuesday, McLaurin had to suffer through a rough 61-29 loss at the hands of Southeast Lauderdale. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points McLaurin has scored all season.
Tyrone Frazier Jr. and Michael Wallace certainly did their best on Tuesday to try and avoid the loss. Frazier Jr. scored seven points along with two steals, while Wallace scored 19 points along with eight rebounds and two steals. Wallace has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 14 times he's played.
McLaurin's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Southeast Lauderdale, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-8.
McLaurin will be playing at home against Enterprise at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Enterprise is no doubt hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Southeast Lauderdale, they will head out on the road to take on Noxubee County at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
