Seymour lost to First Baptist Academy back in November of 2020, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. Seymour took their game with ease, bagging a 78-16 victory over First Baptist Academy. The win was just business as usual for Seymour, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Seymour's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hayes Golden, who went 5-for-11 en route to 11 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Golden is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he's played dating back to last season. David Canterbury was another key player, shooting 63% from the field to rack up 13 points.

Seymour smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards every time they've taken the court this season.
