The University Christian Christians entered their tilt with the Bishop Kenny Crusaders with nine consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with ten. University Christian strolled past the Crusaders with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 60-45. That result was just more of the same for these two, as University Christian also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2023.
BRYANT BOYKIN was his usual excellent self, scoring 15 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Karrington Johnson, who scored nine points.
University Christian pushed their record up to 13-8 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Bishop Kenny, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-12.
University Christian will take on the Stallions at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Providence School presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Christians in Florida (the Stallions are ranked 17th, while the Christians are ranked 158th). As for Bishop Kenny, they will head out on the road to challenge the Bears at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
