Drummond blew Chisholm out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Friday Chisholm got their revenge. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Longhorns by a score of 4-2. The Bulldogs' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Drummond saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Edwards, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Drummond's loss dropped their record down to 23-3. As for Chisholm, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Drummond will take on Woodland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Chisholm, they will challenge Newkirk at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
