After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Boone County, Frankfort was happy to have turned things around  on Tuesday. They blew past the Paul Laurence Dunbar Bulldogs 11-1. Considering the Panthers have won four games by more than nine  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.

 Taylor Gaines made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she  struck out nine batters over  six innings while giving up just one earned run off   four  hits (and not a single walk). Frankfort's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Paul Laurence Dunbar,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-11.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Frankfort will host Ballard Memorial  at 3:30  p.m.  on Saturday. As for Paul Laurence Dunbar, they will welcome Montgomery County  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
