D.C. Everest faced Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Evergreens were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Red Raiders. The victory was just business as usual for the Evergreens, who after 15 games remain undefeated this season.

At the plate, Sydney Spear was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April. The team also got some help courtesy of Kelsey Meverden, who went 2-for-3 with two runs.
D.C. Everest pushed their record up to 15-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 7-4.
