Jake Collins was a major factor in El Segundo's win over North on Saturday. Collins turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.

Coming up, Collins and El Segundo will face off against Redondo Union at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
