The Hansen Huskies were the 42-35 winner over the Richfield Tigers when they last played one another last Monday, but their luck changed this time around. Hansen was outmatched by Richfield at home and fell 46-14. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Hansen has scored all season.

That makes it seven consecutive games in which Hendren has scored at least 25% of Richfield's points. Shelby Jones was another key contributor, scoring six points along with eight rebounds and four steals.
Hansen has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Richfield, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hansen will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cascade at 1:00 p.m. on January 6, 2024. As for Richfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wendell at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
