The College Park Cavaliers can now show off 15 landslide victories after their most recent match on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Oak Ridge as College Park made off with a 71-46 victory. The win was familiar territory for College Park who now have five in a row.
College Park was led to victory by Aiden Buckmon and Martez James. Buckmon scored 21 points along with two steals, while James dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. James hasn't dropped below ten rebounds for ten straight games. Another player making a difference was Ian Inman, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
College Park's victory was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 28-4. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.3 points. As for Oak Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-19 record this season.
College Park will head out on the road to square off against the Eagles at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. New Caney will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 527th, while the Cavaliers are ranked 62nd). As for Oak Ridge, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Panthers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
