The Lake Placid Bombers entered their tilt with the Crown Point Panthers with two consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with three. Lake Placid came out on top against Crown Point by a score of  31-20  on Friday. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest  win Lake Placid has managed all season.
 Lake Placid was led to victory by  Kyra Jordon and  Margaret Thatcher.  Jordon  scored eight points along with 14  rebounds, while  Thatcher  scored 13 points along with eight  rebounds. That's the first time this season that  Thatcher  pulled down eight or more   rebounds.
 Lake Placid's victory bumped their record up to 3-9. As for Crown Point, they have  not been sharp recently, as they've  lost three of their last four games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lake Placid will  take on Bolton Central at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Bolton Central will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. As for Crown Point, they will head out on the road to  take on  Keene Central at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Keene Central's defense has only allowed 28.6  points per game this season, so Crown Point's offense will have their work cut out for them.
