Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Fleming). They really took it to the Peetz Bulldogs for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-22 win. With the Wildcats ahead 35-7 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Fleming's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Brooke Schaefer led the charge by going 6 for 9 en route to 15 points and five steals. Schaefer has been hot, having posted four or more steals the last five times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ciana Lousberg, who went 5 of 12 on her way to 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Fleming smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 25 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

Fleming has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.9 points per game. As for Peetz, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fleming will take on Genoa-Hugo/Karval at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Peetz, they will square off against Caliche at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
