Having just played yesterday, the Edison Wildcats will get right back to it and host the Trinity Christian Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around on Tuesday.
On Monday, Edison might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Toronto an easy 64-44 win. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Edison in their matchups with Toronto: they've now lost seven in a row.
Meanwhile, Trinity Christian had to suffer through a rough 67-39 loss at the hands of Charleston Catholic. Trinity Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-18.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Carter Hartsock, who scored 12 points. He scored a full 30.8% of Trinity Christian's points, the fourth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Chayce Adams, who scored 12 points.
Trinity Christian struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Edison's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Trinity Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
