Adkins was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while going 3-for-4. She also  hit two  doubles, marking her first of the season.

 In other batting news, Northridge got a  massive  performance out of  Camryn Moore, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-5. Those  four  runs gave  Moore a new career-high.  Mary Cate Spang was another key player,  scoring three  runs while going 4-for-4.
 Northridge  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .675. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
 Meanwhile, Tree of Life Christian lost  14-3 to Whitehall-Yearling on Friday.
 Tree of Life Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northridge, they now  have a winning record of 3-2.
