The Southwest Onslow Stallions got the win against the Clarke County Eagles on Monday by a conclusive 15-1. Considering the Stallions have won six matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Wyatt Kirk was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Another player making a difference was Jacob Smith, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, two RBI, and one run.

Southwest Onslow was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .591. They are a perfect 7-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Southwest Onslow has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Clarke County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.
