Salem Baptist Christian's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Garrett Trinkle continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 4-for-7 from deep and dropping a triple-double on 35 points, 13 rebounds, and 12 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Salem Baptist Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Demetri Ioannou, who scored 21 points.
Meanwhile, Davidson Day unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. They fell 65-55 to Carmel Christian.
Salem Baptist Christian's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 1-15. As for Davidson Day, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
