Volleyball Recap: Three Rivers Find Success

Three Rivers proved they can win big on Monday (they won by three) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Constantine Falcons 2-1. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Braylee Burg paced Three Rivers' offense, picking up eight kills. Burg got some help from Miley Southland and her 28 assists. Southland also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Dani Glass, racking up two apiece.

Three Rivers has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-3 record this season. As for Constantine, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2-2.

Three Rivers didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Sturgis on the 25th. As for Constantine, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Mendon on the 25th.
