Winston County put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Addison Bulldogs by a score of 44-32. Given the Yellowjackets' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 293rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Winston County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaylee Calloway, who posted three points in addition to ten rebounds and seven steals. With that strong performance, Calloway is now averaging an impressive 2.4 steals per game. Another player making a difference was Lynleigh Cobb, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 11 boards.

Winston County pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Addison, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-5.

Winston County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 38-23 victory against Curry on the 11th. As for Addison, they will square off against Meek at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
