Bloom came out on top against Crete-Monee on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fourth inning. The Blazing Trojan blew past the Warriors 10-0. Considering the Blazing Trojan have won 14 matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Bloom and bumps their season record up to 15-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Crete-Monee, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-14.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bloom will welcome Thornton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Blazing Trojan are facing the Wildcats at the right time seeing as the Wildcats are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Crete-Monee, they will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Rich Township at 4:30 p.m.
