Galilean Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against the Summit Christian Academy Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Galilean Christian Academy will be strutting in after a victory while Summit Christian Academy will be coming in after a loss.
Even though Cumberland Christian Home Educators scored an imposing 70 points two weeks ago, Galilean Christian Academy still came out on top. Galilean Christian Academy took their contest against Cumberland Christian Home Educators 81-70. The victory was just what Galilean Christian Academy needed coming off of a 79-44 defeat in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Summit Christian Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 61-28 loss at the hands of Community Christian Academy. Summit Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 52-14.
Payton Hammond put forth a good effort for the losing side as he scored 11 points along with 7 rebounds. The matchup was his sixth in a row with at least ten points.
Wesley Christian's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Galilean Christian Academy's loss dropped theirs to 0-1.
