Akavion Griffith Game Report: @ Pisgah

Akavion Griffith gave up the fewest walks he has since back in February on Thursday. He turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Griffith and Magee will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Morton at 2:00 p.m. The last time Griffith duked it out with Morton (back in April of 2022), Magee came out on top by a score of 9-8.
