After flying high against Three Forks/Willow Creek last Friday, Sweet Grass County came back down to earth. Sweet Grass County had victory within their grasp but couldn't quite capture it on Friday as the team lost 20-21 to Colstrip. Sweet Grass County's loss signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.
With their first defeat of the season, Sweet Grass County fell to 6-1. The victory bumped Colstrip's record up to 7-1.
Sweet Grass County will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Columbus. Colstrip will stay at home against Baker/Plevna. Colstrip are cruising in on a four-game winning streak while Baker/Plevna are stumbling in off of four consecutive losses.
