The Indian Springs Thunderbirds can finally bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 45-27 victory over Beatty. Indian Springs' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Indian Springs can attribute much of their success to Jacob Gourley, who scored 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cole Concoby, who scored eight points.
Indian Springs' win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-8. As for Beatty, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Indian Springs will take on Spring Mountain at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Beatty, they will play host again and welcome Round Mountain, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
