Pacelli has gone a perfect 10-0 against Almond-Bancroft recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Cardinals will welcome the Eagles at 4:30 p.m. Pacelli's pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so Almond-Bancroft's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Pacelli's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Saturday. Everything went their way against Regis as they made off with a 12-0 win. The contest marked the Cardinals' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Lucas Haemmerle made a splash no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over five innings pitched. Haemmerle was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. He also hit a double, marking his first of the season.

In other batting news, Jaden Garski was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That stolen base marked the first that he snagged this season. Keltin Opper was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-2.

Pacelli always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .647. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Meanwhile, Almond-Bancroft lost 11-2 to Wautoma on Friday. The loss put an end to the Eagles' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Almond-Bancroft fell to 2-1. As for Pacelli, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
