The Warwick Wildcats''s game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They slipped by Our Lady of Lourdes 7-6.
Warwick can attribute much of their success to Wils Siebert, who threw for 213 yards and a touchdown on only 15 passes. Dylan Sullivan did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 147 receiving yards.
Warwick's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Our Lady of Lourdes, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-4.
Warwick will head out on the road to face off against Washingtonville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Washingtonville will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Our Lady of Lourdes will take on Cornwall Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Cornwall Central will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
