The Eastside College Prep Panthers pushed their score all the way to 55 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Priory 59-55. Eastside College Prep has not had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Priory found their leader in underclassman Teddy Xanthopoulos, who scored 14 points. Jai Georedette was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Eastside College Prep dropped their record down to 13-6 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Priory, their victory bumped their record up to 10-11.
Eastside College Prep will head out on the road to challenge the Gryphons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Priory, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Knights at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully King's Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Thursday.
