Meanwhile, Jefferson entered their tilt with Saxony Lutheran with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. Jefferson managed a 60-54 win over Saxony Lutheran on Tuesday.
St. Pius X's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Jefferson, they pushed their record up to 14-5 with that win, which was their sixth straight on the road.
St. Pius X suffered a grim 83-60 defeat to Jefferson when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Can St. Pius X avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
