Sherrard is a perfect 5-0 against Kewanee since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Tigers will host the Boilermakers at 4:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Sherrard has three straight wins, Kewanee has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Sherrard is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Monmouth-Roseville with a sharp 18-8 victory on Thursday. Considering the Tigers have won ten contests by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Peterson was also big at the plate, going 4-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high.
