Norwalk kept a clean sheet against Clyde on Thursday. They blew past the Fliers 6-0. The result was nothing new for Norwalk, who have now won eight contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Claire Spettle and CJ Bennett scored all six of Norwalk's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 39 goals.

The victory (which was Norwalk's sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-2-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 35 goals over those six matchups. As for Clyde, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-8-1.

Norwalk wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Oak Harbor on the 4th. As for Clyde, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-2 draw against Toledo Christian on the 6th.
