After only one run in their last matchup, Concord made sure to put some runs up on the board against Mt. Diablo on Thursday. The Bears blew past the Red Devils 16-6. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Red Devils: they've now won seven in a row.

Emmalee Usedom was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, seven RBI, and two doubles. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2024. Isabel Gonzalez was another key player, going 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run.

Concord was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .520. That's the best batting average they've posted all season.

Concord's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Mt. Diablo, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-19 record this season.

As of now, neither Concord nor Mt. Diablo have any future games scheduled.
