Browne's success was spearheaded by the efforts of   Adam Chaffin, who  went 6 for 11  on his way to 18  points along with eight  rebounds and seven  blocks, and   Karmello Walker, who  dropped  a double-double on 21 points and 12  boards. That's the most  blocks  Chaffin has posted since back in January of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Raevonta Hill, who  posted eight  points and four  steals.

 Browne's  win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-12. As for Cibola, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 9-9.
