Bristol's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Lauren Church led the charge by  almost  dropping  a double-double on 24  points and nine  boards. Church has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more  steals the last 19 times she's  played. Another player making a difference was  Sammy Mansfield, who  posted 15 points in addition to seven  assists and six  rebounds.
 Bristol  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 13  offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least ten  offensive rebounds in five consecutive  matchups.
 Despite the loss, Medina Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from   Grace Workman, who  earned 18  points. Workman is trending in the right direction considering she's  improved her point production for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ashley Conwill, who  put up 11 points.
Bristol's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Medina Christian Academy,  with the  defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-8.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bristol will challenge Max S. Hayes at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Medina Christian Academy, they will face off against St. Martin de Porres at 7:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
