It was a good run, but the Grand Street Campus Wolves unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They took a 26-8 bruising from Randolph Campus. While losing is never fun, Grand Street Campus can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York football rankings (they are ranked 459th, while Randolph Campus is ranked 214th).
Randolph Campus' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jaden Haly, who threw for 136 yards and two touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. The team also got some help courtesy of Yomar Perez-Peralta, who rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown on only six carries.
Grand Street Campus' loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Randolph Campus, their victory bumped their record up to 5-5.
Grand Street Campus does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Randolph Campus also has no future games currently scheduled.
