In what's become a running theme this season, the Central Indians gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat South 66-23 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Central sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Karson Tempel, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Izzy Kelly, who scored 16 points along with six steals.
Central's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for South, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
Central will look to defend their home court on Friday against Laramie at 5:00 p.m. Hopefully Laramie focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 12 on Wednesday. South won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against East at 5:00 p.m. on January 18th. The timing is sure in East's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while South has been banged up by seven consecutive losses on the road.
