Fieldcrest fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They were the clear victor by a 38-12 margin over Marquette Catholic. The result was nothing new for Fieldcrest, who have now won three games by 22 points or more so far this season.
It was another big night for Eddie Lorton, who rushed for 135 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. Another player making a difference was Brady Ruestman, who rushed for five yards and a touchdown.
Fieldcrest's win bumped their season record to 4-4 while LeRoy's loss dropped theirs to 7-1.
LeRoy strolled past Fieldcrest when the teams last played back in September of 2022 by a score of 33-14. Will LeRoy repeat their success, or does Fieldcrest have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
