Jack Tuck was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Roberts wasn't the only one making solid contact as six players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Marcus Branthoover, who went 1-for-2 with one triple and one run. Another was Hayden Turner, who scored a run while going 1-for-4.

East Duplin's speedy runners might be the difference in Wednesday's contest. East Duplin has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.1 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Richlands, though, as they've been averaging only 1.3 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will East Duplin continue to outrun the ball?
