The Penn Cambria Panthers will face off against the Central Cambria Red Devils at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The timing isn't great for Penn Cambria: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Central Cambria has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road.

Emily Cully and Madelyn Kittell did most of the damage at the plate: Cully went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and four RBI, while Kittell went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one stolen base. Meanwhile, Central Cambria beat Chestnut Ridge 7-2 on Monday.
Rowyn Ruddek spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on four hits and racked up nine Ks.

Thursday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Penn Cambria hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .348. However, it's not like Central Cambria struggles in that department as they've averaged .371. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
