Belaire will challenge Glen Oaks on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. Belaire come in off of six low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the team is obviously eager to reverse.
Belaire suffered a grim 0-30 defeat to Live Oak last Friday. The blowout was painful but not necessarily a suprise as Live Oak enjoys a considerable advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.
Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Glen Oaks, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to eight. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 8-38 punch to the gut against Brusly.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
