 Meanwhile, McMinn County was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They were just a  hair shy of victory  and fell  29-28 to East Hamilton. One positive for the Cherokees, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.
 Oak Ridge's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for McMinn County, they now  have a losing record at 2-3.
