Geoffrey Creighton Lefevre Dazzles in Vela Victory
Geoffrey Creighton Lefevre's big game helped extend Vela's winning streak to six on Friday. Nobody could stop Creighton Lefevre as he threw for 207 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of his passes.

Jonathan Flores was instrumental in extending Vela's winning streak to six on Friday. Flores was dynamite, rushing for 135 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 131 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Juarez-Lincoln's probably not too fond of Flores given he always seems to get the better of them. Flores rushed for 244 yards and five touchdowns on only 12 carries the last time he and the Huskies duked it out back in October of 2023.

Adrian Botello and Co. Win Third in a Row
Adrian Botello's big game helped extend Rowe's winning streak to three on Friday. Rio Grande City had no answer to Botello as he threw for 161 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 46 yards.
Botello and Rowe will challenge Vela at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The last time Botello took on the Sabercats, he picked up 103 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 40 yards. Can he match (or beat) that performance?

Kane Coy Makes It Two for Mcallen Memorial
The second McAllen Memorial player making an appearance here is Kane Coy, and for good reason. He rushed for 49 yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 90 yards and a touchdown on only five passes.
